If you are anything like me, you have scraps of paper with recipes written on them, or pieces cut out of the magazines, or even a recipe you pulled off the internet. I have those and ironically, they are ones that I have used for years for special occasions. Until I got the “Recipe Keeper,” those pieces of paper were all thrown into a large zipper envelope and each time I needed a recipe I had to go through the whole stack to find the one I needed. Not only was it frustrating but a waste of precious time.
The “Recipe Keeper” is an organizational tool with 12 pockets that hold plenty of pieces of paper. Each pocket is identified with a pre-printed category to suit your needs, or you can create your own categories on the blank stickers. The wallpaper-like cover is lovely as is each pocket. The pockets are designed in a tight fashion so the recipes don’t slip out and the keeper itself is held closed with an elastic band.
I’m thrilled with the “Recipe Keeper” because of the organizational aspect. It would make a perfect gift for a bridal shower especially if each guest wrote out her favorite recipe and tucked it into the pocket. If you are tired of having a stack of recipes then it is time to organize yourself with the “Recipe Keeper.” Katie Vernon - you are a genius!
